1. Inspiring Field Study Program.
We cooperate with Huaqiao University to
open a bespoke talent training program
“Mandarin +” — Impression Study Camp, which
provides opportunities for Indonesian employees
to deeply study Mandarin language knowledge, Chinese culture, and theories related to the nickel-cobalt refining integration project.
Through diverse study and practice activities for
three months, the program helps Indonesian employees
overcome language and cultural barriers, and grow
into overseas local talents who are fluent in
Mandarin, understand culture, and are experts in technology.
2. Mentor-Internship Training in Power Plants. We make maximum use of the advantages of the “mentor-internship” (shī dài tú) training model, by selecting Chinese employees who excel in both character and technical skills as mentors for Indonesian employees.
The mentors guide the interns through classroom teaching, on-site guidance, and actual practice in projects, to transfer work knowledge and skills, provide professional guidance and feedback, and share insights and learning experiences.
Through the method of “knowledge transfer, guidance, and mentoring” between mentors and interns, both grow and develop together.
