Accounting Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Review and prepare EoM closing accounting journal transaction and closing monthly financial statement of company in timely manner
  • Provide monthly projection report
  • Analytical review of financial matter
  • Maintain balance sheet working paper (BS Recon) properly and timely
  • Checking intercompany payable reconciliation
  • Checking list of Project in Progress
  • Maintain SAP Chart of Account
  • Create Closing Checklist and Standard of Procedure for significant closing account
  • Review LKPM Report, KPPK Report that needed to be submitted to BKPM and BI

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Having experience in Accounting Manager Minimum 5 years
  • Degree in Economics, Accounting or relevant
  • English and Mandarin is a must
  • Having experience in BIG 4 is a plus

Finance Manager

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage treasury, banking, and related payment transaction for the company
  • Maintain solid relationship with local and foreign banks
  • Maintain bank loans and bank interest
  • Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements across all business sectors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support strategic decision-making and business planning processes

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within a group of companies or diversified business environment
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations across multiple industries
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, with the ability to drive business growth and operational excellence
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on inspiring and developing high-performing teams

Accounting Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Make sure all accounting journal transactions are timely and accurately
  • Prepare payments by verifying documentation
  • Prepare monthly report (balance sheets, income statements, P&L statements, etc.)
  • Check inventory audit report
  • Contribute to financial audit

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in Mandarin both oral and written is a must
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
  • High mobility, accurate, and organized
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
  • Willing to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta

Logistic & EXIM Assistant Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business/Management or related field
  • Experienced in logistic, export & import minimum 5 years
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English both oral & written is a must

Job Descriptions:

  • Controlling export handling (monitoring of income generations and cashflow)
  • Organizing document handling (vessel ETD to submit bank)
  • Provides market data and research for purchase consideration
  • Coordinate technical matters with buyers for commodity trading
  • Controlling so that relations with traders are well maintained
  • Maintain relationship with trader and BI (for SiMoDIS/Sistem Informasi Monitoring Devisa terIntegrasi Seketika maintenance and running smoothly)
  • Responsible for good services within the company and with vendors
  • Lead and direct strategic planning for logistics
  • Develop procedures and standards for loading/unloading, routes and fleets that are efficient and effective
  • Monitor, coordinate, and process export-import activities in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and laws
  • Checking the export import reporting to the relevant agencies
  • Resolving problems that occur from external and internal departments
