2. Mentor-Internship Training in Power Plants. We make maximum use of the advantages of the “mentor-internship” (shī dài tú) training model, by selecting Chinese employees who excel in both character and technical skills as mentors for Indonesian employees.
The mentors guide the interns through classroom teaching, on-site guidance, and actual practice in projects, to transfer work knowledge and skills, provide professional guidance and feedback, and share insights and learning experiences.
Through the method of “knowledge transfer, guidance, and mentoring” between mentors and interns, both grow and develop together.
