Safety Production Month: You and I Guard Together | OSS Company’s Occupational Safety and Health Activity Month Successfully Concludes
In response to the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower’s call for the 2025 “Occupational Safety and Health” (hereinafter referred to as K3) Activity Month, OSS Company recently launched a series of themed activities under the slogan “Strengthening K3 Human Resource Capacity Building, Promoting Innovation in K3 Management Systems, and Scientifically Enhancing Productivity.” The initiative aims to enhance the occupational safety and health knowledge and emergency response capabilities of all Chinese and Indonesian employees within the company.

Among these activities, the safety knowledge competition attracted over 40 employees from 12 plant departments. The competition was held in a lively atmosphere, with meticulously designed assessment segments by the Safety and Environmental Protection Department. These segments covered key knowledge areas such as company safety regulations, operational procedures, and accident prevention and response. The event showcased the professional competence and team spirit of each participating group—every buzzer press was a clash of intellect, and every answer was a test of teamwork.

In addition, the fire emergency skills competition was another major highlight of this activity month. At the competition site, participants remained highly focused as they skillfully executed each critical step—from the rapid connection and deployment of fire hoses to accurately assessing fire types and properly using firefighting equipment. They also participated in simulated smoke evacuation drills and emergency first aid for injured personnel. Every step was carried out with precision and order. The competition was not just a test of technical skills but also a rigorous exercise in real-life emergency response capabilities.

On February 12, the Occupational Safety and Health Activity Month successfully concluded. The company’s Deputy General Manager, Zhou Haichuan, attended the closing ceremony and delivered a speech. He commended all participating employees for their active engagement in the activities and honored the winning teams and individuals. He emphasized that “Safety and health are the foundation of the company’s production and development, the guarantee of stable team operations, and the core of daily work.” He expressed his hope that through this event, all employees would further strengthen their awareness of safety and health, master essential skills, deeply understand, and strictly adhere to relevant regulations, ensuring efficient work in a safe and healthy environment.

In the future, OSS Company will continue to explore innovative safety management models and carry out diverse safety activities and training programs. The company aims to embed the corporate culture of “Safety First, Quality-Oriented, and Green Development” into the hearts of all employees. Committed to creating a safer and healthier work environment, OSS strives to empower high-quality development and drive sustainable growth.
